DCPASR VIRTUAL FOOD DRIVE
Hunger/Food insecurity is something no one should have to experience. Dauphin County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (DCPASR) is partnering with the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank (CPFB) to attempt to solve this problem as part of our Community Service efforts.
The Central PA Food Bank Virtual Food Drive allows individuals from DCPASR to donate an amount they are comfortable with into our combined food drive total. Through the CPFB wholesale purchasing ability and in concert with other like-minded organizations, they can maximize the benefit of each dollar donated to provide nutritious meals. CPFB does the shopping for us on a secure web interface (link or QR code). All without us having to go to the store. This can also be done by calling CPFB (717-564-1700) and talking with staff.
